Resident Engineer – Fortinet SD-WAN | Malaysia
Experience: 5+ Years
We are looking for a Resident Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Fortinet SD-WAN and FortiGate environments.
Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet SD-WAN & FortiGate
- Routing & Switching – BGP, OSPF, Static Routing
- IPSec / SSL VPN configuration & troubleshooting
- WAN/LAN troubleshooting and network performance monitoring
- FortiManager / FortiAnalyzer experience preferred
- Incident management, RCA & technical troubleshooting
- ITIL / enterprise support experience preferred
- Fortinet NSE4 or higher preferred
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Malaysia – Dedicated Onsite Resident Engineer
Role: Resident Engineer – Fortinet SD-WAN
Location: Malaysia
