Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with the assigned supervisor, internal teams, and team members, providing regular updates to ensure customer objectives are met and company systems and procedures are followed.
Lead and supervise a team of operators to achieve safety, productivity, quality, waste reduction, and delivery targets.
Comply with all health and safety standards, workplace regulations, and applicable legislation.
Analyse job and process requirements, provide recommendations, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Investigate production and quality issues, identify root causes, and develop effective resolutions to address customer complaints.
Ensure all products and processes consistently meet customer quality standards and requirements.
