ALAM DAN MANUSIA TEACHER – 2027

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and forward-thinking Alam dan Manusia Teacher to join our primary teaching team for the 2027 academic year.

Alam dan Manusia is an integrated primary curriculum that brings together multiple disciplines, including Science, Health Education, Music, Visual Arts, TVET, and Digital Education.

The role is ideal for an educator who enjoys interdisciplinary learning, collaborative teaching, hands-on activities, and developing young learners through meaningful and engaging experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Alam dan Manusia lessons for Primary Year 1–3 students.
• Integrate concepts from Science, Health, Music, Visual Arts, TVET, and Digital Education into meaningful learning experiences.
• Implement team teaching effectively by working closely with fellow teachers and supporting one another’s areas of expertise.
• Design age-appropriate, hands-on, creative, and inquiry-based learning activities.
• Foster students’ curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Support the development of students’ character, values, and social-emotional skills.
• Support the development of foundational learning skills, particularly literacy and numeracy, where appropriate.
• Incorporate suitable digital tools and technology to enhance classroom learning.
• Monitor and document students’ learning progress and provide appropriate support.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
• Participate actively in school programmes, professional development, meetings, and collaborative planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field.
• Teaching qualification and/or relevant primary teaching experience is preferred.
• Experience in Science, Arts, Music, Health Education, STEM, TVET, Digital Learning, or interdisciplinary teaching will be an advantage.
• Strong interest in integrated and collaborative teaching approaches.
• Creative, adaptable, enthusiastic, and willing to explore new teaching methodologies.
• Good classroom management and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team-teaching environment.
• Passionate about nurturing young learners academically, creatively, and holistically.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
