Full Time Packaging Development Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Dai Suwon Packaging Selangor - Maukerja

A. POSITION : Packaging Development Executive

B. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Design and Development

1) Responsible for new product packaging design developments, including but not limited to design assessments, testing and validation.

2) Responsible for preparing packaging mock-ups for internal developments and upon customer requests.

3) Responsible for transit packaging testing pertaining to design development as per international or customer procedure.

4) Maintain accurate records of packaging specifications, design iterations, development progress, lessons learnt and project documentation.

5) Support Cost Down Value Engineering (CDVE) assignments as needed.

Customer Service

1) Coordinate sample preparation with Production and Sales Dept.

2) Attend customer and supplier meeting

3) Support R&D team prepare sample.

4) Perform lab test (compression, grammage and bursting test for samples.)

5) Check the printing block & die cut mould of samples.

C. REPORTING TO : Quality & Process Manager

D. COMPETENCY LEVEL :

1)Education : Degree in Science & Engineering, Packaging Engineering Industrial

Design, or related field.

2) Experience : 1–2 years experience in packaging design, packaging

engineering, product development, or related manufacturing field.

3) Skills : Knowledge of corrugated packaging, foam cushioning, and

wooden packaging systems.

: Basic understanding of packaging testing and product protection

: Knowledge in packaging regulations and standard (e.g. ISTA,

ASTM, ISO) is a plus.

: Know how to read technical drawing.

: Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Office)

: Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

: Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
