Full Time M-E Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,000 in JOB HARBOUR PTE. LTD. Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• To prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule
• To monitor the shop drawings and material submission
• To check & verified that M&E drawing is compliant to authorities’ requirements
• To check M&E drawings and highlight if there are discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements
• To prepare progress report
• To coordinate between sub-contractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues
• To monitor the installation work as per coordinated
• Responsible in conduct inspection &/or testing of building works and documented inspection records upon verification by RE/RTO
• Follow up on necessary rectification work &other follow up tasks.
• To monitor all sub-contractor to provide drawing as per coordinated
• To guide M&E supervisor on site work as per coordinated.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2 years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
