Full Time Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Education Group Jobs, in Bright Skill Asia Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead an established education group comprising an international school, private school and kindergarten.

This is a strategic and commercially focused leadership role. With dedicated Principals managing day-to-day academic operations, the CEO will be responsible for driving business growth, enrolment, profitability, expansion and long-term organisational development.

• Develop and execute the Group’s growth and business strategy
• Drive student enrolment, retention, revenue and profitability
• Strengthen the performance and market positioning of existing schools
• Identify opportunities for new campuses and locations
• Evaluate partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions and education-sector investments
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, cash flow and commercial KPIs
• Lead and develop the senior management team
• Work closely with Principals to ensure growth does not compromise academic quality
• Maintain strong governance, compliance, risk management and internal controls
• Present strategic plans, performance updates and expansion proposals to the Board
• Build strong relationships with shareholders, parents, staff, authorities, investors and strategic partners

• Degree holder
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the education industry
• Must have prior experience working within an international or private school
• Proven senior leadership experience in roles such as CEO, COO, Executive Director, Deputy CEO, Commercial Director, Sales Director or Marketing Director
• Strong experience in business growth, enrolment, student recruitment, sales, marketing or business development
• Proven track record in revenue growth and commercial performance
• Experience in school expansion, new campus development, partnerships, JVs or acquisitions will be highly advantageous
• Strong financial and commercial acumen
• Strong stakeholder-management, negotiation and leadership skills
• Good understanding of the Malaysian education market
• Malaysian citizen

We are particularly interested in commercially driven education leaders who have successfully grown a school or education business.

Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on teaching, academic administration or day-to-day school operations may not be suitable for this position.
