Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Singapore. The Quantity Surveyor will prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ), support cost planning for renovation and interior design projects, and assist in tender preparation and evaluation. The role includes monitoring project costs, updating cost reports, and implementing cost control measures to keep projects within budget. The Quantity Surveyor will collaborate with designers, contractors, and carpenters to validate quantities, assess variations, and provide accurate financial projections. The position also involves maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and providing timely updates to project stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs for renovation and interior design projects.
• Proficiency in cost planning and cost management, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in cost control and cost reporting to track project financial performance.
• Familiarity with construction and renovation processes, materials, and local building regulations.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications and translate them into accurate cost estimates.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying or estimating software is an advantage.
• Prior experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or carpentry-related projects in Singapore is preferred.
