Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of capability development programmes, training initiatives, regional meetings.
  • Manage administrative workflows and educational programmes for national and international training.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external partners, vendors, and training providers to ensure smooth programme execution.
  • Track budgets, procurement requests, claims, and other administrative processes related to capability development activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, databases, and documentation for training and development initiatives.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentation slides, correspondence, and periodic status updates.
  • Monitor programme timelines, follow up on action items, and ensure operational milestones are met.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and contribute to continuous process improvement.

The level of the position will be commensurate with the candidate’s relevant years of experience and please note that this is a contract role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative or programme coordination experience, preferably in capability development, training administration or a research/technical environment.
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and service-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
