Full Time Adidas Retail Associate - Bukit Tinggi (Contract) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in Prospect Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, replenished and well organized
• Support fitting room and cashier operations when required
• Support promotional activities and achieve individual/store sales targets
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Monitor product availability, replenishment and stock accuracy
• Support visual merchandising and ensure Adidas brand standards are maintained
• Use Seasonal Brand and product knowledge effectively during sales interactions
• Minimize loss in both, the stockroom and the sales floor
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor

Job Requirements

• Open to Fresh Graduates and/or minimum 3 months of relevant working experience in a sports/fashion customer & commercial-focused retail environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Target-driven with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Position & Salary

• Retail Associate : RM 1800
• Senior Retail Associate : RM 2800
• Supervisor : RM 3800

Job Details

• Location : AEON Bukit Tinggi
• Contract Durations : 6 months (Renewable)
• Overtime : Applicable
• Working Days : 5 Working Days + 1 Rest Day + 1 Off Day
• Shifts : 3 shift (Morning, Afternoon & Full Day)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to RM3,800.00 per month
