Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in providing engineering consultancy and project management services for LTA Project.
• Participate in engineering activities across the project; by managing the disciplines for the achievement of budget, schedule, quality, and safety goals.
• Manage and oversee engineering projects related to power systems.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost- effective project delivery.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation related to substation equipment, transformers, switchgear, and protection systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines.
• Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Support site inspections, commissioning activities, and troubleshooting as required.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and stakeholders on permits, approvals, and inspections for the project.

Qualifications and Work Experience

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering

or

Degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Engineering or Relevant field of studies.

• Cable replacement works.
• MSRA preparation and implementation.
• Ability to read, review, and interpret electrical drawings.
• Familiar with Singapore’s energy regulations, EMA codes, and industrial safety standards.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in LTA Projects in Singapore.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently
