Full Time Steward Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,700 in ADENA BEACH RESORT Pahang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, stewarding, and back-of-house areas.
• Wash and clean kitchen utensils, equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
• Ensure all cleaned items are properly stored and ready for operational use.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, sinks, work areas, and waste disposal areas.
• Handle and dispose of kitchen waste according to hygiene and safety procedures.
• Assist with receiving, moving, and arranging kitchen equipment and supplies when required.
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Follow food hygiene, sanitation, safety, and hotel SOPs at all times.
• Support the Kitchen and F&B teams during busy operations, functions, and events.

Requirements

• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and manual duties.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Previous experience as a Steward or in a hotel/restaurant environment is an advantage, but not compulsory.
