Full Time Production Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in FTRT AUTOPARTS SDN. BHD. Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

1- Monitor and improve production processes.

2- Troubleshoot production and process issues.

3- Prepare and update WI, SOP, PFMEA & Control Plan.

4- Support jig, fixture and poka-yoke improvement.

5- Conduct process improvement / Kaizen activities.

6- Support new model, trial run and process validation.

7- Support Quality in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

8- Ensure production process meets quality, productivity and delivery targets.

Requirements:

1- Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related field.

2- Experience in automotive manufacturing is an advantage.

3- Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, 4M/5M1E and 5 Why, Kaizen & basic Drawing / measurement.

4- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

5- IATF 16949 Awareness.

6- Good Knowledge on documentation and reporting with Microsoft Power Point , Excel and Others

7- Able to work independently and as a team

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
