Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Clinical Specialist based in Kuala Lumpur. The CRM Clinical Specialist will be responsible for working with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide education on the use of CRM products, including pacemakers and implantable defibrillators. The CRM Clinical Specialist will also work with patients to provide support and guidance on the use of the products. The CRM Clinical Specialist will also be responsible in increasing sales revenue of the company and driving sales growth within assigned territories. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing/ Biomedical Science/ Health Science, or related field
  • 3-year working experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM), Electrophysiology (EP), Cardiology, or related field is strongly preferred
  • Experience working with physicians and healthcare professionals is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology, principles and concepts of device therapy and pacing systems
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex medical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Willing to travel extensively within assigned territories
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
