JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a hands-on and solution-oriented IT Executive to support the company’s day-to-day IT operations, website, business applications and digital systems.

The role involves a combination of IT technical support, website and system development, system maintenance, hosting/cloud support and database management. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure the company’s technology systems run effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Support & Systems

• Provide day-to-day IT support for computers, software, hardware and basic network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain IT equipment and software.
• Troubleshoot technical and system-related problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct system testing, debugging and troubleshooting when required.

Website & Web Development

• Develop, maintain and update company websites and web-based applications.
• Support the development of internal systems, forms, dashboards and other digital tools.
• Identify and resolve website or application issues.
• Work with databases and support integration between web applications and business systems.

Hosting & Cloud Support

• Manage and maintain website hosting, domains and related services.
• Assist with cloud-based applications, storage and other digital services.
• Support website and application deployment on hosting or cloud platforms.
• Assist with basic backup, access and system maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with hosting, software or IT vendors when necessary.

IT & Digital Improvement

• Assist in improving existing IT systems and digital workflows.
• Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes through technology.
• Support the implementation of new software, systems and digital solutions.
• Maintain basic documentation for IT systems, applications and technical processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience in IT support, web development or systems development is an advantage.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL or other relational databases is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of website hosting, domains and cloud-based services.

Pay: From RM2,600.00 per month
