Full Time Regional Key Account Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 10,000 in E-CRUIT TEAM PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Manage and develop key MNC and regional accounts across ASEAN countries
• Build strong relationships with key customers and act as the main point of contact for account-related matters
• Identify opportunities to expand account scope across markets and countries through upselling and cross-selling
• Support onboarding and implementation of new regional accounts to ensure a smooth transition from proposal to operations
• Monitor customer performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, and drive service improvement initiatives
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to address performance gaps and identify opportunities for improvement
• Drive customer retention, renewal, and long-term account growth
• Work closely with Operations, IT, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions
• Identify customer needs and provide recommendations to enhance service quality and strengthen partnerships
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Business/Sales & Marketing
• Min 5 years experience in relevant experience
• Experience managing MNC or regional accounts across multiple markets will be preferred
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 830am - 530pm)
• Salary: Up to $13,000
