Job Summary:

The Lab Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining and operating analytical chemistry and materials testing lab equipment. This position involves providing technical support in the Material Science Lab, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of lab results, and performing quality and reliability analysis on electronic product assemblies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and be committed to upholding the highest standards of quality in laboratory operations.

Responsibilities: Lab technician

• 2-4 Years of experience;
• keep analytical chemistry/materials testing lab equipment maintained and operating;
• Coordinate frequent summarization of lab work and lab facilities;
• Digitalization of lab analysis result;
• Provide technical support at the Material Science Lab;
• Operate analysis instruments for electronics products, including FTIR/ GCMS/ XRF/ SEM/ EDS/ Real time X-ray radiography/ metallographic sample preparation / Mechanical Testing Systems and Reliability Testing Systems;
• Operate metrology equipment – hardness, mechanical testing machines, optical measurement systems;
• Perform quality, reliability and failure analysis on electronic product assemblies.
