About the Role

AMK Technology is looking for a Key Account Manager to build and maintain client relationships, develop new business opportunities and support the growth of our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
• Develop new accounts and expand existing client relationships.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and cross-selling.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.
• Support proposals, quotations and commercial discussions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up on opportunities.
• Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Candidates with experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Recruitment, Customer Service or Client Management are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in communicating with clients and business stakeholders.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
