We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Motorcycle Customer Service to join our team. The role involves assisting customers in selecting suitable motorcycles, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.

Setia Taipan, Shah Alam
Monthly Salary Range
RM1,700 - RM2,300 + Commission + Allowance
Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in and online customers (WhatsApp, social media, calls)
- Recommend suitable motorcycles based on customer needs and budget
- Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and financing options
- Handle sales process from inquiry to closing
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Prepare necessary sales documentation
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
Work Location: In person
