Job Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage business consulting projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables in accordance with client requirements.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate corrective actions to ensure timely project delivery.
Develop financial models, cash flow projections, cost analyses, and business performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
Assist clients in developing financial plans, resource allocation strategies, and business growth initiatives.
Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and business assessments to evaluate potential business opportunities.
Analyse business models, revenue streams, cost structures, and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, business partners, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with external consultants, financial professionals, and service providers to support project implementation.
Develop risk mitigation plans and recommend appropriate measures to minimise project delays, cost overruns, and operational issues.
Prepare business reports, financial analyses, project updates, and presentations for senior management and clients.
Support management in evaluating business opportunities, resource requirements, and project feasibility.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in business consulting, financial project management, business analysis, or a related field.
Experience in managing business projects, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, financial modelling, and business performance evaluation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business reporting or project management tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and project coordination skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Experience in preparing business proposals, financial reports, feasibility studies, and management presentations would be an advantage.
Must be able to travel on short notice, where required.
