Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Online Tutors to join our team. You will deliver engaging and interactive online lessons, helping students understand concepts, improve their skills, and achieve academic excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1-to-1 or a small grouping online tutoring sessions for students of various levels.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to each student’s needs.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate effectively with Admin or Leader Tutor regarding student performance and development.
• Create a positive and supportive online learning environment.

Teaching Subjects & Syllabus (Priority Given to High-Demand Subjects):

• English Language & Literature (High Demand) – KPM & IGCSE

Note: High-demand subjects are listed first to reflect current student needs.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the subject(s) you will be teaching.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
• Patient, adaptable, and passionate about helping students succeed.

Estimated Daily Teaching Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday to Sunday: 8:45 AM – 5:50 PM

Tutor’s schedule will be arranged depending on student scheduling and the tutor’s availability.
