Responsibilities
1. Sales & Profitability
Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and customer engagement.
Maximise sales opportunities, basket size, and product promotions.
Monitor performance and take action to meet business objectives.
2. Customer Service
Provide excellent customer service through needs-based product recommendations.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
3. Store Operations & Merchandising
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
Ensure products are properly displayed, replenished, and accurately priced.
Support efficient day-to-day store operations.
4. Inventory & Asset Management
Support stock ordering, replenishment, stock counts, and inventory control.
Ensure stock accuracy and minimise shortages.
Follow loss prevention and asset protection procedures.
5. Compliance & Safety
Comply with company policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and health & safety standards.
Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant store environment.
6. Teamwork & Development
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and operational goals.
Communicate effectively and share relevant information and best practices.
Participate in training and development programmes.
7. Other Duties
Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
