Full Time Supply Chain Management (Intern) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,000 in Stream Empire Holdings Federal Territory - Maukerja

To assist the Supply Chain team in streamlining logistics, inventory management, and procurement processes to support the expansion of our retail outlets and the central kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management:

Assist in processing purchase orders (POs) for raw materials, packaging, and equipment from local and international suppliers.

• Shipment Tracking:

Support the team in monitoring international shipments and coordinating with freight forwarders to ensure timely arrival at our warehouse.

• Inventory Control:

Help monitor stock levels across various retail locations (e.g., Sunway Pyramid, One Utama) and assist in monthly stock take exercises.

• Supplier Coordination:

Liaise with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, Halal certificate updates, and quality issues.

• Data Analysis:

Maintain and update supply chain databases, ensuring all pricing and lead times are accurate for management reporting.

• Administrative Support:

Assist in filing import/export documentation and preparing documents for Halal committee audits.

Requirements:

• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Learning Outcomes:

• Gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end retail supply chain.
• Understand the complexities of F&B procurement and Halal compliance in Malaysia.
• Develop professional communication skills by interacting with international principals and local vendors.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
