Responsibilities
General Description
Primarily responsible to prepare a consistent, high-quality food product.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the daily operations of the Bakery Kitchen
Preparation of ingredients for mixing according to recipe
Make dough in the dough mixer according to the ingredients prepared
Ensure smooth operation and finished products are always of consistent quality
Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food item
Ensures safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in production area
Any other job-related ad-hoc duties / projects as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
At least 1 years relevant working experience with similar capacity, preferably in central kitchen environment
Basic knowledge of baking or skills in preparation
Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
Physically fit and able to work in hot environment
Positive attitude to work in a high-paced work environment
Qualifications
Secondary / Certification / Nitec / Diploma or equivalent
