Full Time Event Coordinator (4 Months) - HSN Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Salary: Up to $3,000/month

Location: Novena

Working Hours: Office Hours

Job Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate event logistics, including RSVP tracking, guest information, seating arrangements, dietary requirements, door gifts, and other event needs.

• Maintain accurate and updated guest records, including attendance status and accompanying guests.

• Coordinate stakeholder and vendor requirements and ensure all details are properly followed through.

• Prepare event materials and operational documents such as guest profiles, seating plans, run sheets, briefs, and operations plans.

Event Day Operations – 5 January 2027

• Support the event team from event setup through guest departure.

• Conduct final checks on event spaces, registration areas, seating arrangements, door gifts, presentation materials, and AV requirements.

• Provide hands-on support during registration, guest reception, dinner service, programme execution, and event teardown.

• Assist with resolving any operational issues that arise during the event.

Post-Event Follow-Up

• Consolidate attendance and engagement information.

• Track and coordinate thank-you communications.

• Prepare and distribute personalised follow-up materials where required.

• Maintain post-event action trackers and follow up with internal stakeholders on outstanding matters.

• Support the reconciliation and closure of event-related matters with vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Assist with other stakeholder engagement and stewardship activities as required.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working with internal stakeholders, vendors, and event guests.

• Able to work hands-on during the event and manage last-minute operational matters.
• Prior event coordination, administration, hospitality, or stakeholder engagement experience will be an advantage.
