Job Description

Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to generate sustainable revenue and achieve organisational growth targets.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying and acquiring new customers, partners and stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends and potential areas for service expansion.
  • Develop business proposals, strategic initiatives and revenue-generating opportunities that support the long-term sustainability of PCS.
  • Monitor industry developments, competitor activities and market trends, and provide regular reports and recommendations to Management.

Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Build, maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners and stakeholders.
  • Establish strategic partnerships and alliances with government agencies, corporations, community organisations and other third-party organisations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to business enquiries by providing accurate information, recommendations and suitable solutions.
  • Represent PCS at networking events, meetings, conferences and engagement sessions to promote the organisation's services and capabilities.

Business Proposals, Tenders & Collaborations

  • Prepare, submit and follow up on tenders, quotations, proposals and business submissions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, business case assessments and market research for new initiatives, collaborations and joint ventures.
  • Prepare presentations and support negotiations relating to business partnerships and collaborative projects.
  • Evaluate potential business opportunities and provide recommendations to the PCS Directors.

Marketing & Strategic Initiatives

  • Plan, organise and implement marketing activities, promotional campaigns and strategic initiatives to enhance organisational visibility and business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote PCS programmes, services and community initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on business development performance, partnership outcomes and revenue opportunities.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative and clerical support required for business development meetings, presentations and strategic discussions.
  • Prepare reports, meeting materials, business correspondence and documentation as required.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of business development records and relevant documentation.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, governance requirements and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and business ethics in all engagements and transactions.

Organisational Support

  • Facilitate and conduct Directors and staff meetings.
  • Attend meetings and coordinate with other organizations as part of PCS networking program with the community.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure successful execution of projects and business initiatives.
  • Provide support for any PCS programmes and activities as and when required.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Director and Higher Management.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, account management or partnership management.
  • Experience in the social service, non-profit or community sector would be an advantage.
  • Proven track record in revenue generation, business growth and strategic partnership development.
  • Experience in preparing tenders, proposals and business presentations is preferred.
