Responsibilities
WE ARE HIRING – TELEPHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE (TECHNICAL SUPPORT)
Project: StarHub Onboarding
Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor
Intake: September 2026 ONLY - Candidates who can start in September are preferred
SALARY & INCENTIVES
Basic Salary: RM2,300
Allowances & Incentives:
- Night Shift Allowance: RM1000
- KPI Incentive: RM500
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer enquiries and provide technical support via telephone
- Assist customers with technical issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical problems
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps clearly and professionally
- Provide accurate information and assistance over the phone
- Record and update customer cases in the system
- Ensure a positive customer experience and quality service
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone
- Willing to work on rotational shifts
- Able to work in a 24/7 operation environment
- Able to start work in September 2026
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome
Training: 4 weeks
