Full Time Total Rewards Manager Jobs, in Evolute - Executive Search - Maukerja

We are pleased to be partnering a Healthcare provider in Singapore to appoint a Total Rewards Lead (circa. $130k annual base) into their organisation. This is a high-impact role responsible for ensuring that high-quality total rewards programs are delivered accurately and promptly to an organisation marked by multiple divisions.

Job Description

You will lead compensation and benefits strategy and operations. This is a hands-on, role that suits someone who enjoys deep technical work, process excellence and supporting employees (>1,500 headcounts) through well-designed rewards programs.

• Design, implement, and continuously improve compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and variable pay programs
• Manage the end-to-end benefits portfolio (including health, wellness, insurance, and other employee perks)
• Conduct regular market reviews and compensation analysis to ensure competitiveness
• Lead annual merit review, promotion, and bonus cycles
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and other leaders on rewards strategy and cost management
• Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, MOM guidelines, etc.)
• Handle benefits administration, claims queries, and vendor management
• Drive data-driven insights through C&B reporting and analytics
• Support broader HR initiatives and change management as needed

The Successful Candidate

• Minimum 6–8 years of C&B experience, preferably in not-for-profit environments such as education, healthcare, government-linked firms, public sector etc.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a team, at least one direct report
• Strong technical knowledge in compensation structuring, job levelling, and benefits design
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets is paramount
• Meticulous, analytical, and able to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Candidates who are immediately available or available on short notice (1 month) are highly preferred
