Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at project sites in Tawau. The successful candidate will coordinate workers and subcontractors, monitor work progress, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
• Monitor workers, subcontractors, materials and equipment.
• Ensure construction work is completed according to drawings, specifications and project schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants and project management.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship and quality.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and construction regulations.
• Identify and resolve site issues and delays promptly.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
• Monitor material deliveries and usage.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Ensure the site is clean, organized and safe.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant site supervision experience preferred.
• Experience in building, civil projects will be an advantage.
• Able to read construction drawings and understand site specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to supervise workers and subcontractors effectively.
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends or public holidays when required.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Candidates based in Tawau are preferred.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
