Join us as a Payroll and Billing Analyst and take on a key role in managing payroll, billing, statutory submissions, and employee-related claims. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end payroll operations

Job Description:

• Responsible in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing
• Accurate and timely statutory submission to CPF, IRAS and relevant authorities
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and other ad-hoc reports when necessary
• Prepare billing to clients
• Maintain payroll documentations for audit purposes
• Prepare pay and bill hours reconciliation
• Filing of form IR21 tax clearance
• Generate yearly IR8A
• Submit NS claims
• Submit insurance claim

What We're Looking For:

Degree holder in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Candidates with prior HR and/or HR internship experience will be an added bonus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
