Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Chef De Partie with trimming, cutting, portioning, and preparing various meats (beef, poultry, fish).
  • Chop, weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients according to recipes for daily service.
  • Set up and organize workstations, manage stock levels, and replenish supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness, follow sanitation guidelines (HACCP), and ensure proper food storage and handling.
