Key Responsibility

• Proactively conducts sales and marketing activities to solicit for business among the existing and potential clients, specifically targeting SMEs and Mid-Tier Companies (MTCs).
• Drives marketing success by mining data from our robust ecosystem database, providing an elite platform to identify, target, and acquire new customers.
• Identifies and secures eligible target customers across key economic sectors to drive the participation of the government-backed NIMP Strategic Co-Investment Fund (CoSIF) via the P2P platform.
• Proposes to customers suitable trade-related and asset-backed financing products, including Sales Invoice Financing, Purchase Invoice Financing, and Property-secured Financing.
• Conduct market visit to build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships.
• To support and involve in marketing activities, roadshow and product launches.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in SME, commercial, or corporate banking/financial services sales and marketing.
• Proven track record in selling trade financing or business financing solutions.
• Strong network of decision-makers within SMEs and corporate businesses; manufacturing sector contacts are an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Outgoing personality with strong business development and client acquisition capabilities.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits and business development activities.
