1. Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Actively promote the restaurant’s menu, special events, and catering services to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through direct sales, referrals, and partnerships.
- Upsell premium menu items, private dining experiences, and group packages.
- Conducting hotel tours and site inspections for prospective clients
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers, corporate clients, and event planners.
- Follow up with leads, respond to inquiries, and close sales deals.
- Gather customer feedback to improve service and offerings.
3. Marketing & Promotion:
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies, including social media promotions, email campaigns, and loyalty programs.
- Distribute flyers, coupons, and promotional materials in the local community.
- Represent the restaurant at networking events, trade shows, and food festivals.
4. Event & Group Booking Coordination:
- Handle inquiries for private parties, corporate events, and large group reservations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless event execution.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new sales opportunities.
- Suggest menu or service improvements based on customer preferences.
Requirements:
Experience in catering sales or event planning.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of and working with Amadeus System, Sevenrooms.
Able to commit Weekends and Public Holidays if required.
