Responsibilities
Sales Manager (Semiconductor)
Salary:
$4,000 - $6,000 (Based on Experience)
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Monthly Rest Days: 8
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets
Identify new business opportunities while managing key and existing customer accounts
Lead and support the sales team in achieving sales targets
Promote semiconductor equipment, spare parts, Specialty Gas Systems, and engineering solutions
Understand customers’ technical and commercial requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts
Coordinate with suppliers and engineering teams on customer and project requirements
Monitor market trends and competitor activities and prepare sales forecasts and reports
Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience
Semiconductor, industrial equipment, or engineering industry experience is preferred
Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets
Key account management and sales team leadership experience is highly preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills
Able to understand and communicate technical and commercial requirements effectively
Willing to travel locally and overseas when required to attend product/technical training
Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
