Job Responsibilities
Manage and administer construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and prepare contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, amendments, and related agreements.
Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, and compliance.
Handle variations, claims, extensions of time (EOT), and contractual correspondence.
Review commercial and contractual risks and provide recommendations to project management.
Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Consultants, Contractors, and Clients.
Maintain contract records, registers, notices, and supporting documentation.
Support contract negotiations and resolution of contractual disputes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and applicable regulations.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant contract/commercial experience in construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, variations, claims, EOT, and contract administration.
Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced MNC environment.
