Internship - Corporate Affairs (Sustainability) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,000 in Genting Malaysia Berhad Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Purpose

The Sustainability Intern will support in implementing sustainability initiatives by assisting with data collection and analysis, sustainability reporting, research and project coordination. The role provides practical exposure to corporate sustainability practices while contributing to the Company’s sustainability programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, validating and analysing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data.
• Support the preparation of sustainability reports, presentation slides and other related documentation.
• Assist in monitoring sustainability performance, metrics and targets.
• Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives, including waste management, energy efficiency, water conservation, biodiversity and other activities.
• Conduct research on sustainability trends, regulatory developments, reporting standards and industry best practices.
• Prepare meeting minutes, maintain project documentation and update project trackers.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Environmental/ Sustainability/ Engineering/ Business/ Economics, or other related fields
• Possess CGPA 3.0 and above
• Internship period must be 3 months and above.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Basic understanding of sustainability and ESG concepts is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau or Excel) is an advantage.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks independently while collaborating effectively with team members.

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
