Job Description – Python Developer

Position: Python Developer

Experience: 5+ Years of Experience

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong programming skills and hands-on experience in modern software development, AI/ML technologies, databases, and CI/CD practices.

Technical Skills – Required

• Strong knowledge of Python programming.
• Experience with open-source frameworks such as PyTorch, LangChain, etc.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Experience working with databases such as RDBMS, NoSQL, or Graph databases.

Technical Skills – Desired

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including:
• Fine-tuning
• Knowledge distillation
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• MCP
• A2A
• Good understanding of core AI/ML concepts.
• Experience in data engineering.
• Experience with scripting languages/tools such as Shell scripting and Regular Expressions.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, and Retrospectives.
• Basic knowledge of Linux.
• Awareness of Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, Splunk, and Public Cloud platforms.
