Position Overview

JAXER ONE SDN BHD is seeking an experienced and well-connected candidate in the telecommunications industry to join our team as a Sales & Site Acquisition Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring potential sites for telecommunication tower development and managing relationships with telco companies, landowners, vendors, and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and secure suitable potential sites for telecommunication tower and structure development.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with telecommunication companies, tower providers, vendors, landowners, and relevant stakeholders.

· Build and maintain good working relationships with Local Authorities (PBT) to facilitate approvals and permits for tower construction.

· Manage applications for permits, development approvals, and related documentation for telecommunication tower construction.

· Conduct negotiations with landowners regarding site rental, leasing, and land usage agreements.

· Perform site visits and preliminary assessments of proposed locations.

· Monitor the site approval process until construction permits are obtained.

· Prepare regular project progress reports and site acquisition updates.

· Achieve assigned sales targets and site acquisition objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Experience in site acquisition, telecommunications tower, property, sales, or business development is preferred.

· Ability to source and acquire potential sites from telecommunication companies and related parties.

· Strong network and good working relationships with Local Authorities (PBT), especially in Pahang.

· Good understanding of permit application processes and approvals for telecommunication tower structures.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

· Willingness to travel and work across Malaysia.

· Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.

· Able to work independently and achieve assigned targets.

Preference Will Be Given To Candidates Who

· Have established connections with telco companies, tower providers, landowners, and Local Authorities.

· Have previous experience managing telecommunication tower permit applications.

· Have knowledge of potential areas suitable for telecommunication infrastructure development in Pahang.
