Personal Assistant cum Fashion Stylist for Founder

Job Description:-

Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel plans and daily arrangements.
Coordinate reminders, schedules and preparations to ensure the Founder stays organised and on time.
Plan and prepare complete outfits for meetings, events, campaigns, livestreams, photoshoots and business trips.
Source clothing, hijabs, shoes, accessories and styling items that match the Founder’s personal image and Nuuha Beauty’s brand identity.
Organise and maintain the Founder’s wardrobe, including outfit records, fittings, alterations and returns.
Liaise with designers, boutiques, photographers, makeup artists, vendors and internal teams.
Assist the Founder during events, shoots and work-related activities when required.
Handle confidential information professionally and complete ad hoc tasks assigned by the Founder.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Fashion Stylist or in a similar role.
Strong fashion sense with a good understanding of modest fashion, colours, body proportions and current trends.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Proactive, resourceful, discreet and able to work closely with the Founder.
Comfortable working flexible hours, travelling and attending events when required.
Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
Portfolio or examples of previous styling work are an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
