Recruitment Consultant – Banking & Financial Services / General Desk (2 Openings)

Join a fast-growing Singapore recruitment firm. We're hiring 2 Recruitment Consultants — one to build out a specialist Banking & Financial Services desk, one to grow our general recruitment desk across industries.

The Roles

• Banking & Financial Services desk: own end-to-end (360) recruitment for FI/banking mandates — permanent, contract, and temp, frontline to leadership.
• General desk: own end-to-end (360) recruitment across a broad mix of industries and role levels — permanent, contract, and temp, frontline to leadership.
• Both roles: build and manage your own client portfolio, source/screen/manage candidates through the full hiring lifecycle, and work directly with the Founder on business development and account growth.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience. For the Banking & Financial Services track, prior exposure to FI/banking hiring is a strong plus.
• CEI (Certified Employment Intermediary) licence — you either already hold it, or are eligible and willing to obtain it.
• Comfortable owning a full desk: BD, client management, and candidate delivery.
• Able to work full-time, onsite, from our Central Singapore office.
