About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Beginning Preschool Educator to support the learning and development of children aged 4 to 6 years. This is an entry-level role for individuals passionate about preschool education who are ready to grow their practice under the guidance of experienced educators.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in delivering preschool curriculum activities under supervision

•Carry out classroom management and daily routines for classes

•Observe children and contribute to developmental documentation under guidance

•Maintain a safe, orderly and stimulating classroom environment

•Communicate respectfully with families on children's daily experiences

•Follow ECDA licensing requirements and centre protocols

Requirements

•L2 / L1/ EY2

•Genuine passion for preschool-age children and early childhood education

•Good communication, patience and team-working skills

•Bilingual ability preferred Preferred Attributes

•Practicum experience in a kindergarten or childcare preschool setting

•Knowledge of early literacy, numeracy and social-emotional learning approaches
