Solar Site Supervisor (Solar Project)

Location: Klang Valley (willing to travel to project sites nationwide)

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily solar project site activities (installation, testing, commissioning).
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor quality control, work progress, and compliance with safety standards.
• Provide on-site technical support and be ready to perform hands-on work if required.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in solar project supervision or management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to travel and work at outstation projects when required.
• Hands-on and problem-solving mindset with leadership potential.
• Possession of GDL licence will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with electrical knowledge or CIDB Green Card preferred.
• Working at High will be an advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
