• Position: Insurance Broking Executive - General Insurance
• Location: Raffles Quay
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:45am - 6pm)
• Salary
  (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,500 Monthly Basic Salary + AWS
  (1 Month) + Performance Bonus + 16 Days Annual Leave + Flexi Benefits
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Insurance Broking

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide insurance broking assistance and coordinate appropriate insurance placements for clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Obtain
  necessary underwriting details from clients and forward them to
  insurers or underwriters to secure quotations and coverage terms.
• Evaluate quoted premiums, coverage terms, and policy conditions before advising clients.
• Monitor clients’ statements of account and follow up on any outstanding premium payments as necessary.
• Track upcoming policy renewals and coordinate with clients and insurers to ensure policies are renewed before expiry.
• Perform other related insurance broking and client-servicing duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Maritime Studies or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and general office applications.
• Structured on-the-job training will be provided, and candidates without prior insurance broking experience may be considered.
• Candidates
  who do not currently possess the Commercial General Insurance (CGI)
  certification will be required to obtain it, with the course and
  examination fees fully sponsored by the company.
