Full Time Senior Supply Chain Transformation Consultant Jobs, in EPAM Systems Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Transformation Consultant. You will lead APAC client engagements from discovery through rollout, shaping roadmaps, requirements and adoption across planning, sourcing, manufacturing and logistics. You will scope AI and analytics use cases and partner with EPAM’s AI and Data Science teams to deliver solutions that improve service, cost and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, maturity assessments and current-state diagnostics across Plan, Source, Make and Deliver
• Translate supply chain challenges into a prioritized roadmap and value case with measurable KPIs
• Define functional requirements for solutions such as order management systems, warehouse management systems, transportation management systems and control towers
• Partner with AI Consultants and Data Science teams to scope AI or GenAI use cases, validate feasibility and align delivery to business outcomes
• Validate solution outputs against requirements, KPIs and value case before client reviews and sign-off
• Drive business adoption through training, process redesign and KPI tracking from pilot to production
• Manage day-to-day client stakeholders, scope and timelines across business and technical workstreams
• Support pre-sales through proposals, responses to requests for proposal and capability presentations

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain consulting, strategy or technology implementation across planning, sourcing, manufacturing or logistics
• Strong knowledge of the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model and maturity assessment approaches
• Ability to scope AI or GenAI use cases at a business level and work effectively with technical delivery teams
• Background in running structured assessments including workshops, gap analysis and roadmap development
• Confidence working with business data and dashboards to build and present value cases
• Clear communication with comfort presenting to executive stakeholders
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
• Malaysia-based or willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur or Penang with flexibility for APAC travel

Nice to have

• Experience with platforms such as SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, SAP or Oracle
• Exposure partnering with data science teams on supply chain programs as the business lead
• Experience in retail, consumer packaged goods, logistics and freight or luxury and fashion supply chains
