Full Time Senior Executive - Assistant Manager HR - Up to 7.5K #HFT Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Scope:
• Handle a broad range of HR generalist functions across the employee lifecycle
• Partner with managers and stakeholders on HR matters, workforce needs and employee-related issues
• Provide HR advice on company policies, performance management, employee relations and organisational changes
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, transfers, documentation and offboarding
• Support talent attraction, employee engagement, learning & development and employer branding initiatives
• Manage the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews and calibration
• Support HR projects and organisational initiatives across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region
• Review and improve HR processes, policies, SOPs and workflows to improve efficiency and employee experience
• Prepare HR reports, analyse HR data and provide updates to management
• Work with HRIS, IT and regional HR teams to improve HR systems and processes
• Support compensation, benefits, insurance and other HR operational matters
• Work closely with regional HR colleagues and HQ in Japan to ensure consistent HR practices
• Handle other HR-related projects and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
• HR Generalist experience with strong knowledge across different HR functions
• MNC experience preferred, ideally from a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate confidently with stakeholders
• Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle and performance management
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive employee matters professionally
• Local university graduates preferred; private university degree holders will also be considered
