Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online sales and brand awareness, managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with overall business goals.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Oversee the creation and management of engaging content for online platforms to enhance customer engagement.
Lead efforts in SEO and SEM to improve website visibility and traffic.
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to maximize marketing efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
