Assist with stock counting and report shortages or wastage.

Monitor daily sales and cash handling.

Open and close the outlet when required.

Train and coach new and existing staff.

Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.

Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Assist the manager in achieving sales and operational targets.

Monitor promotions and ensure staff understand current offers.

Prepare daily operational reports when required.

Handle basic administrative tasks related to the outlet.

Ensure equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
