Job Description
Responsibilities
· To support the Quality Control (QC) Department in daily quality activities.
· To assist in inspecting incoming materials, components, and gearboxes to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
· To advice and guide the Production in all aspect on products quality standard for the production process.
· To report any abnormal issue or problem hampering during each work process.
· To update all related work process / activities within timeline.
· To execute all related task within timeline as scheduled.
· To record inspection results, measurements, and test data accurately in inspection reports and quality records.
· To identify, tag, and report non-conforming materials or products to the QA/QC Supervisor.
· To follow all safety, health, and environmental regulations during inspection and quality activities.
· To carry out assigned duties diligently and within the required timeline.
· To ensure the Ground Floor area is kept clean, organized and free from hazards in accordance with company standards.
· To maintain strict confidentiality of quality data, inspection results, customer information, and company records.
· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision
· At least 1 years experience in manufacturing process and engineering environment. Otherwise Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
· Basic knowledge of quality control methods, inspection processes, and measurement techniques.
· Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
· Familiarity with measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, or similar tools.
· Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Work Location: In person
