Full Time Assistant Project Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in Maxbond Singapore Pte Ltd - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Construction Site Manager to lead waterproofing projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure developments. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, technical execution, client coordination, and project delivery to ensure quality, safety, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee waterproofing works (roofs, basements, wet areas, podium decks, water tanks, etc.)
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and applicators
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and clients
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and method statements
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and material usage
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Prepare progress reports, claims, and variation orders
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to regulations

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 5–10 years’ experience in waterproofing or construction chemicals industry
• Strong knowledge of membrane systems, PU coatings, cementitious systems, and injection grouting
• Experience working with systems from brands such as Sika, Fosroc, Mapei, or similar
• Ability to read drawings and technical specifications
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Able to start work immediately or short notice

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
