General Manager (Operations) – Luxury Leather Restoration

Honest Crafters is looking for a hands-on General Manager (Operations) to lead our daily operations and approximately 30 employees.

IMPORTANT – Relevant Industry Knowledge Required

Please apply only if you have experience or good knowledge in at least ONE of the following:

• Luxury bags, shoes, wallets or branded goods

• Leather products, leather care or leather craftsmanship

• Leather repair, restoration, cleaning or colour restoration

• Luxury retail or after-sales service

• Repair workshop, craftsmanship or premium product servicing

General operations experience alone may not be sufficient for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, workflow and job completion

• Lead and manage approximately 30 employees

• Monitor productivity, quality, attendance and staff performance

• Ensure repair jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards

• Improve and enforce SOPs and operational systems

• Resolve operational, staff and customer issues independently

• Coordinate closely between sales, customer service and restoration teams

• Work directly with Directors on company performance and improvement

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of operations or general management experience

• Experience managing teams of 15–50 employees

• Good understanding of luxury goods, leather products or restoration services

• Strong leadership and people-management ability

• Hands-on and willing to be involved in daily operations

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Disciplined, accountable and results-driven

• Able to work independently under pressure

Experience in B2B sales, business development or key account management is an added advantage.
