Full Time Regulatory Compliance Analyst (12 months contract) Jobs, in Optimum Solutions Pte Ltd - Maukerja

Our client is a leading global technology company with a strong presence across Singapore and the wider APAC region. The company works closely with government agencies and regulators on public policy, regulatory requirements and compliance matters, and is looking for a Compliance Operations Analyst to support its Singapore operations.

This is a 12 months contract role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory and compliance obligations in Singapore.
• Support statutory reporting and regulatory Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Manage multiple compliance workstreams, timelines and deliverables.
• Work closely with Legal, Operations, Public Policy and other internal teams.
• Coordinate with government agencies and regulators on information requests.
• Maintain accurate documentation, trackers and case records.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, public policy or related roles, preferably within the technology sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• Strong familiarity with Singapore’s regulatory landscape.
• Experience working with government agencies, regulators or regulatory submissions is strongly preferred.
• Strong project management, coordination and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, trackers or project management tools.
